Our client is experiencing explosive growth, but has the vision to see there is even greater growth potential in the US. Headquartered in Switzerland, this $300MM Medical Device Company has decided to build a new production facility in the USA (Andover,MA), and to strengthen its Marketing and Sales organization to gain a greater share of the US Market. The plans are to grow Sales in the US fourfold by 2009. Our client is well established, sound financially, and committed to achieving its goals. A new management team is being assembled to reflect this aggressive growth plan. The new CEO is in place, as well as the new VP, Sales. It is essential that our client identify the Vice President, Marketing that will be part of the team taking their firm to the next level.
Our client believes they must build the strongest management team in the industry in order to succeed. As part of this team the Vice President, Marketing will combine extensive medical device experience, broad business acumen and superior communication skills in a teamwork environment. The VP will be a highly intelligent, fast track executive of demonstrated accomplishments with solid medical device marketing experience. Knowledge of Product Management, Customer Service, Meetings and Convention Management, Sales and Clinical Education, Marketing Administration and Strategic Marketing are essential. With this impressive list of qualifications it is imperative that this person has been a VP or a Director in a large medical device company.
