Executive VP & CFO - Northeast
The Executive VP and CFO is the key position for this $200MM Fluid Management and Vascular Access Medical Device Company.
REPORTS TO: Chairman and CEO
BASIC FUNCTION:
The person selected will be working with the Chairman and CEO in growing and managing the business. Functions will include managing executive committee meetings, relations with the investment firm, the Board, Wall Street, Banks and other entities outside the Company. Other responsibilities will include IT, Legal, Treasury, Risk and Debt management. The position is based in MA, approximately twenty miles west of Boston.
