In 1985, Ron Cassie formed a partnership operating out of an office in Morristown, NJ with two desks and two phone lines. Their objective was clear: to place qualified candidates in top-level positions in the healthcare arena. With strong contacts that developed through executive experience at CR Bard, Inc., Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., and RP Scherer, Inc., that partnership laid the foundation for The Cassie-Shipherd Group.
A Tradition of Successful Searches
Since then, The Cassie-Shipherd Group has grown steadily. We have opened offices in key US locations formed new partnerships with overseas search firms and evolved with the technology that allows us to connect rapidly with opportunities the world over.
Since our first successful hire in 1985, hundreds of qualified candidates have been placed in the healthcare sector. And these placements have resulted in satisfying, long-term commitments.
